FBCM New Life Honorees
AREA D of the Baptist General Convention of VA (BGCVA), Women’s Ministry, recognizes New Life honorees every year during their Annual Day Luncheon. Both Men and Women are honored who have contributed untiring, dedication, and faithful service in missions and fellowship with various churches and the BGCVA.  This year FBCM will have five members honored:

FBCM members are invited to support our honorees by attending the Luncheon. It will be held in-person on April 22, 2023, from 10:00a.m. – 2:00p.m. at Fairfax Marriott at Fair Oaks, 11787 Lee Jackson Memorial Hwy, Fairfax, VA 22033. Heritage Hangout:
Children’s Ministry Event
4th Saturday of each month, starting January 21, 2023 | 9:30am to 4:30pm
Provides children with an opportunity to build relationships, have fun, and grow in ministry in a safe a nurturing environment.
Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from Him. – Psalm 127:3 (NIV)
Provides parents with a safe and nurturing environment for their children (and a break) at no cost to them.
However, we desire that parents who bring their child(ren) to Heritage Hangout, also bring or support them in participating in our 4th Sunday, Youth Sunday Worship Service.

Each family whose children participate in Heritage Hangout must register. We prefer that you register prior to the event but will support you in getting registered upon arrival, the day of. General drop-off takes place from 9:30am to 10:00am and general pick-up time from 4:00pm to 4:30pm. However, drop-off or pick-up can occur any time.

FBCM Transportation Ministry: FBCM Transportation Ministry is in need of member servants who wish to become a part of the ministry. Please contact the church office for specific criteria that must be met in order to drive the church’s vans. You will be put in contact with ministry leader, Deacon William Bacon.

Culinary & Hospitality Ministry: Volunteers needed to serve on the FBCM Culinary & Hospitality Committee. Anyone interested in being a member of the Culinary & Hospitality Committee please contact Sis. Terri Pritchett at 703-981-9644.
